1.1 No Employment, Sponsorship or Governmental Status
Global Workforce operates solely as a facilitator and intermediary platform. The Company is not, merely by operating the Platform or assisting a process, the employer of any applicant, the sponsor of any visa, the issuer of any permit, the government authority responsible for entry clearance, or the final decision-maker for any embassy, consulate, labor office or immigration body. Any description of a route, vacancy, process stage or destination opportunity must be read subject to this overriding disclaimer. The Company cannot and does not exercise sovereign, diplomatic or employer authority, and nothing on the Platform shall be interpreted as creating such authority by implication, estoppel or reliance.
The User is solely responsible for understanding that job offers, visas, permits, onboarding instructions and embassy outcomes originate from third parties and may change or terminate without warning. The Company may communicate such information as part of facilitation, but the Company does not adopt it as a personal guarantee, legal opinion or insurance-backed promise. Any assumption that the Platform itself confers work rights, immigration rights or employment status is fundamentally incorrect and is expressly disclaimed.
1.2 No Legal, Immigration, Financial or Tax Advice
Information made available through the Platform, including FAQs, process maps, country pages, message responses, document lists, scheduling notes, job descriptions, route summaries and support communications, is provided for general administrative and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, regulated immigration advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, medical advice, compliance certification or any other professional advisory service. Users should obtain independent professional advice from suitably licensed counsel or advisers where the legal, tax, regulatory, medical or employment implications of a decision require formal opinion.
The Company disclaims liability arising from any decision made by a User in reliance on information that is not explicitly framed as a signed contractual commitment from the Company. Country rules, embassy instructions, visa categories, labor requirements and employer conditions may change rapidly and without prior public notice. The Company may provide operational assistance in good faith, but the User accepts the risk of acting on information in a changing international environment and agrees that ultimate responsibility for independent legal or regulatory evaluation remains with the User.
1.3 No Guarantee of Availability, Continuity or Outcome
The Platform may display vacancies, route information, timing expectations, country guidance, market notes, client descriptions, payment stages, process dashboards and status indicators. All such information is presented on an informational basis and may be changed, suspended, corrected or withdrawn at any time. The Company does not guarantee that any job will remain open, that any employer will proceed, that any embassy will entertain an application, that any interview will be scheduled, or that any applicant will qualify for the next stage. External dependency is fundamental to the service model, and the Company disclaims responsibility for any decision, delay or cancellation made by third parties.
Users must not rely on dashboard status, published route content or process estimates as substitutes for formal approval, government authorization or guaranteed commercial performance. A job marked active may later close, a profile marked under review may be rejected, and a route described as open may become restricted by external events. The Company will use reasonable operational efforts to update the Platform, but no live accuracy warranty is given. The User accepts that international recruitment data is dynamic and that any consequential reliance on provisional information is undertaken at the User's own risk.
1.4 Third-Party Content, Conduct and Dependency Disclaimer
The Platform may host, transmit, summarize or display information originating from employers, manpower suppliers, agencies, applicants, references, counterparties, external news feeds, document providers, payment users or other third parties. The Company does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, legality, solvency, creditworthiness, continuity, legitimacy or good faith of any such third party and is not obliged to independently verify every statement, instruction or document received from them. While the Company may apply internal checks or administrative controls, those measures do not convert the Company into a guarantor of third-party truthfulness or performance.
Where the Platform provides links, notices, documents, updates or scheduling messages related to third-party actions, the User understands that the Company is acting as a conduit or facilitator and not as the originator of the underlying decision. Any complaint arising from third-party conduct should be assessed in light of the Company's limited intermediary role and the strong liability exclusions set out in the governing legal documents. The Company reserves the right to remove or withhold third-party content without explanation where the Company considers that removal necessary for risk, reputation, privacy or compliance reasons.
1.5 Technical Availability and Information Security Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, uninterrupted messaging, bug-free rendering, defect-free uploads, permanent storage, or immunity from cyber incidents, hosting failures, maintenance windows, internet instability, human error or unauthorized access. Although the Company may adopt commercially reasonable technical safeguards, the User accepts that any online service is exposed to operational and security risks and that the Company cannot promise a perfect technical environment.
The Company shall not be liable for loss arising from browser issues, device failure, network disruption, cached content, email filtering, lost messages, expired upload sessions, corrupted files, credential compromise not caused by the Company's proven misconduct, or failure by the User to maintain secure access to their own systems. Users should preserve copies of important records, monitor their own accounts, and avoid sole reliance on any single communication method. Technical inconvenience, without more, shall not give rise to damages, refund or process priority.
1.6 Reliance Limitation and Reservation of Rights
Any person using the Platform does so with the understanding that the Company's business-protective legal framework materially limits reliance rights, remedies and recoverable losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the User waives any attempt to expand the Company's obligations beyond the express written text of the controlling legal policies. No screenshot, marketing statement, social media caption, verbal conversation, support message or workflow note shall amend this Disclaimer unless incorporated into a written document signed by the Company. If any ambiguity arises, the interpretation that most closely preserves the Company's intended limitation of liability, non-guarantee position and intermediary role shall prevail.
The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to Users, including the right to revise service descriptions, withdraw routes, deny access, preserve records, defend claims, cooperate with authorities and enforce its legal and contractual protections. This Disclaimer forms an integral part of the binding framework governing all platform interactions. Continued use of the Platform after publication of this Disclaimer constitutes full acceptance of its terms, even where the User has not separately read each sentence in detail.
