1.1 Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Platform may use cookies, local storage objects, session identifiers, browser tokens, device recognition tools and similar technologies in order to maintain sessions, preserve user preferences, improve security, detect repeated devices, support navigation, measure technical performance and assist with operational analytics. Such technologies may be placed directly by the Company or by carefully selected service providers acting on the Company's behalf. By continuing to use the Platform, the User acknowledges that certain cookies or technical tokens are strictly necessary for account access, fraud prevention, device approval handling, session continuity and reliable service delivery.
The Company does not represent that every cookie-like technology can be individually negotiated or disabled without affecting service functionality. Some tokens are required to secure login processes, preserve form state, support CSRF protection or maintain the integrity of legal acceptance records. If a User blocks or deletes these technologies, parts of the Platform may fail to operate correctly, certain submissions may not complete, and security features may become unavailable. The Company shall not be liable for loss or inconvenience caused by user-side blocking or removal of required technical cookies.
1.2 Categories of Cookies
The Company may use essential cookies for authentication, session retention, security and user-interface continuity. It may also use functional cookies to remember preferences, language choices or device settings where relevant to the Platform's operation. In addition, the Company may use limited analytics or diagnostic technologies to understand page performance, user journey friction, technical errors, device categories and feature utilization, provided that such use remains proportionate to legitimate operational objectives. The Company does not undertake to maintain a static list of every cookie name because providers and platform functions may evolve over time.
Where third-party tools are introduced for analytics, security or performance monitoring, those providers may set or access cookies or similar identifiers in accordance with their technical design and the Company's chosen configuration. The Company may change providers, discontinue tools or revise categories as the Platform develops. Users should therefore understand this Policy as describing the function and purpose of cookie usage rather than as an immutable technical inventory. If a materially new class of non-essential tracking is introduced, the Company may provide additional notice or consent handling at its discretion or where required by applicable law.
1.3 Security, Fraud Prevention and Device Recognition
Some cookies or browser-level identifiers are used to enhance security, detect unusual access patterns, help identify repeat devices, support device approval workflows and reduce the risk of account misuse or fraudulent activity. These technologies are part of the Company's legitimate interest in protecting the Platform, its users, its clients and its evidence architecture. Because the Platform stores sensitive recruitment and document data, the Company may place heightened emphasis on technical identifiers that support risk management and incident analysis.
The User acknowledges that removing or blocking such technologies may interfere with the Company's ability to distinguish trusted devices from new devices, validate ongoing sessions or preserve audit continuity. The Company may therefore deny access, request re-authentication, delay processing or suspend certain actions where browser settings prevent the operation of necessary security controls. The Company shall not be responsible for any interruption or inconvenience resulting from the User's refusal to allow the minimum technical identifiers required for secure operation.
1.4 Browser Controls and User Choices
Most web browsers allow users to manage cookies through settings, delete stored tokens, block future placements or notify users when a cookie is set. Users remain free to review and adjust such settings according to their own preferences. However, because the Platform includes secure account access, workflow continuity, file submission and legal-acceptance logging features, disabling cookies may materially impair the User's experience or prevent completion of key transactions. Users should therefore consider the operational consequences before applying restrictive settings.
The Company does not guarantee compatibility with every privacy extension, tracker blocker, content filter or custom browser configuration. If technical problems arise after a User alters browser settings, the User may need to restore default or less restrictive settings in order to continue using the Platform. The Company may provide basic guidance, but it is not responsible for configuring a User's personal device or browser environment. Requests for deletion of cookies do not operate as requests for deletion of server-side records, audit logs or legally retained platform data.
1.5 Relationship with the Privacy Policy
This Cookie Policy should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, Service Policy and Legal Disclaimer. Information obtained through cookies or similar technologies may be linked with other information held by the Company, including session logs, device records, IP addresses, account identifiers and activity history, where such linkage is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, service continuity, troubleshooting or lawful business administration. The Company may treat such combined data as personal data where applicable.
The presence of this Cookie Policy does not create any representation that the Platform uses advertising-heavy tracking or unrestricted behavioral profiling. Rather, the Company's stated objective is to preserve functionality, security and service integrity within an international recruitment platform. If the Company materially changes its use of cookies or similar technologies, it may revise this Policy and publish an updated version on the Platform. Continued use after such publication constitutes acknowledgment of the revised text.
1.6 Amendments and Contact
The Company may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes, legal developments, service-provider changes or security enhancements. The most recent version published on the Platform shall govern from its effective date. Where required or considered appropriate, the Company may present a renewed notification, banner or consent interface. Failure to object, combined with continued use of the Platform, may be treated as acceptance of the updated version to the extent permitted by law.
Questions concerning technical cookies or browser functionality may be directed to the Company through the official support channels available on the Platform. The Company may not be able to identify every third-party browser extension, security product or custom device setting affecting cookie behavior. Accordingly, support in this area is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis only and without assumption of technical liability. This Policy is designed to support transparency while preserving the Company's right to operate a secure and functional online service.
